First Visit
When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your child's dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out our New Patient Forms that will help us get acquainted with you and your child. You can print these forms directly from this page (see Download Forms below), fill them out, and bring them with you on your first visit.
The initial exam will last approximately one hour. Oral hygiene instructions will be provided along with suggestions to help you care for your child's teeth. In most cases, we will clean his/her teeth during this visit, apply topical fluoride, and take any necessary X-rays so that we can provide an evaluation that will outline any existing dental problems along with proposed treatment.
